Key Skills
Creative thinking: I believe to be a skilled integrated thinker you must also be a creative thinker. You must be open to new ideas and changes to the norms. Being able to expand you mind to new arenas forces you to think about side the box and make connections you never would have before.
Organization: Being organized is vital to being successful. Being able to organize your thoughts or ideas allows you to see how you were able to come to your conclusions. You are able to identify what works from what doesn't.
Responsibility: This is a key skill that is needed in school, work, personal relationships and day to day life. You must be able to take responsibility for your actions, decisions and ideas whether they are successful or not.
Communication: After taking many communication classes communication itself is one of my key skills. It is necessary to be able to communicate new ideas clearly especially to disciplines that may not be used to they type of jargon you are used to.
Empathy: Being involved in a career involving peoples lives requires a sense of empathy towards others. You must be able to see outside of you world and step into the lives of others. This also involves a level of integrated thinking skills.
